PERCEPTION VERSUS TRUST IN MORTGAGE LOAN INSURANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract: <\/strong>The aim of the paper is to examine, based on the results of a questionnaire survey, the perception compared to trust in mortgage insurance by respondents, classifying possible deviations depending on selected demographic factors such as age, gender, education and permanent residence. We assume that the perception and trust of respondents in mortgage insurance are influenced by their level of financial literacy, which we determined through theoretical questions in the questionnaire survey. We also analyzed selected aspects of insurance, such as the price of insurance, the scope of coverage, the reputation of the insurance company and the financial situation of the respondents, which influence the decision-making of respondents when choosing mortgage insurance<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
